[5] Subscriptions

5.2 Subscription fees, including VAT where applicable, are due at payment time.
5.3 Subscriptions auto-renew according to the selected plan unless canceled before renewal.
5.4 Paid subscription fees are non-refundable for the active billing period.

6.2 You authorize SAHMK and its payment processors to charge subscription fees.
6.3 Payment declines are handled by your payment provider and/or issuing bank.

7.2 No ownership rights are transferred by this license.

8.2 Market/API data may not be redistributed as a standalone data feed or third-party service without explicit written approval.

9.1 SAHMK may provide voice mode and voice command features.
9.2 Voice data may be processed to execute commands, improve recognition quality, and enhance the user experience.
9.3 You may disable voice features at any time from your settings.
