Commercial Usage Policy

SAHMK developer plans support a range of personal and commercial applications, including:

• Internal business systems, dashboards and operational tools.
• Websites and mobile applications that incorporate market data.
• Financial screening tools, technical indicators and analytical platforms.
• AI applications, financial models and automated analysis.
• Products offering insights, calculations, rankings or other derived information.
• Free or paid services that use SAHMK data as part of their functionality.

Commercial activity or charging customers for an application does not, by itself, require a Business or Enterprise subscription.

Choose a plan according to the data, features, usage limits and permissions your application requires.

Customers may process market data within their applications, including performing calculations, generating indicators, conducting analysis and creating derived information.

Internal storage and caching may be used to support application functionality, calculations, testing and performance, subject to the applicable subscription terms and data-usage conditions.

These permissions do not authorize the independent resale, sublicensing or redistribution of raw market-data datasets.

Displaying market data to end users is distinct from using data internally for calculations and analysis.

Historical and delayed-data display is subject to the applicable subscription terms and market-data licensing conditions.

Real-time market-data display may require separate authorization, depending on the data product, intended usage and applicable exchange requirements.

When any data from SAHMK is displayed, whether historical, delayed, real-time, or otherwise, it should be referenced as data provided by SAHMK.

Customers requiring real-time data products should submit their request through the SAHMK developer portal.

Unless expressly authorized under a separate agreement, customers may not:

• Resell raw market data as a standalone product or service.
• Provide third parties with independent API or data-feed access.
• Sublicense SAHMK market data.
• Operate as an independent market-data vendor or distributor using SAHMK services.
• Circumvent subscription limits, access controls or licensing requirements.

Enterprise arrangements may be appropriate for:

• Market-data redistribution or specialized distribution rights.
• Large-scale public real-time display requiring additional licensing.
• Custom infrastructure, dedicated environments or specialized integrations.
• Contractual service-level commitments.
• Custom security, compliance or legal requirements.
• Requirements beyond the features or limits of standard developer plans.

Enterprise is not required solely because an application generates revenue or charges subscription fees.

Customers can review the available developer plans and select the subscription that meets their technical and operational needs.

If the intended use involves real-time display, redistribution or special licensing requirements, the applicable authorization should be obtained before enabling that activity.
